If we have been good girls, we head up fairly early for a gym session on a Saturday morning, to get a good and fresh start to the weekend. This healthy morning routine is often followed by a more relaxed arvo and night indulging beers and some fresh cocktails. But first we slurp a protein loaded smoothie which is a killer after a tough workout at the gym. For us it is usually just a mix of whatever we got and whatever suits the desire of the day. Greek yogurt is a good base, which today was topped up with a banana, some berries, oranges, and chocolate flavoured protein powder. Absolutely Deeelicious!
